Just did the following WOD:

15-ft. rope climbs, 10 ascents
100-meter walking lunge
50 dips
100-meter walking lunge
10 muscle-ups

Time – 22:43

Not my best time, but I think it is a decent time for being out of shape. Actually, round is a shape.
