Crossfit

Just went to a crossfit gym this week and almost encountered the infamous pukie. 10 pullups, 20 situps, 30 squats for 5 rounds seemed like an easy enough task, but not working out in a gym for over a month and it really got to me. I am going to get back on the saddle and really work my butt off to get back in shape.

My buddy James started surfing and he has been crossfitting with me as well. Surfing really works the core and uses the same muscles you use when you work out at a crossfit gym.
